Operator Updates for Lancashire Fleet Lists
Update: Due to Mehanics being made one way and there’s no left turn possible at the bottom of Manchester Road on route to Manchester, Stoops or Bacup, please can the following services follow this as it will be in place as of now: X43 & 1 - Left out of Bus Station , left again onto Red Lion Street , right onto Centenary Way, X43 take first exit, 1 take second exit and resume normal routes. Coming back follow normal route going in. 8 - Follow normal route but divert via Parkers Lane missing Mechanics bus stop going there. Coming back normal route. Any issues give me a call. Acer
Update: **481 DIVERSION - 11TH MAY - 12TH SEPTEMBER** Guide roundabout at the end of Grane Road will be closed from 9pm till 6am each night. Please follow diversion below: Haslingden Heath Centre (last stop before diversion) Go up to rising bridge and go onto A56 bypass, then join onto M65 towards Blackburn then onto Whitebirk Road to Blackburn Hospital. On way back please do the same. Any problems please give me a call! Acer
Update: Hello, There has been a crash on the M66. Please can X43 divert through Whitefield and into Bury then like a 481/483 to Rawtenstall then resume normal route onwards from Rawtenstall. There will be heavy delays through the Edenfield way but it will be quicker than the motorway. 481/483 will be affected with traffic. We have let Customer Service Manager know about this and we’ve let all bus stations know for possible delays. We are trying to sort other buses to cover running boards that have been affected. I’ve just done a 483 into Bury about 90 mins late and ive picked up 158 passengers due to that much delays which is traffic and buses breaking down… (and i had a single decker) Please try as hard as possible to transport every passenger and make sure that they all move down the bus no matter what is is. We appoligise for any inconvenience caused and please be advised for further updates. Thanks, Acer :)
Update: Hello, It has come to my attention about people not setting Not In Service on there destination and not selecting the deadruns on there ticket machine leaving and coming to the depot. Please always before you set off from your destination to/from the depot you check that your destination says ‘Not In Service’ and your ticket machine is selected to deadrun. Thankyou, Acer
Update: Hello, The burst water pipe on the roundabout across from the Queens in Rawtenstall has been fixed. You can now go the usual way without thankfully diverting and causing loads of delays. If there is any more problems please report them as soon as possible so that we can figure out a way to divert if necessary. Thanks, Acer
