Update: Fleet plan as at 4/6/26: The plan for the fleet is to refurbish as many of the O305s as we can, and then to refurb the Vectas, and then disperse the Vectas to replace the SL243 CWIs at Newquay and Bodmin. Any spare Vectas after this will then move to Helston and Hayle minidepots. There is also possibility to move a BYD K9UR to Camborne as an assist, or buy the London demonstrator. Some other possibilities are to send some impending London E200s here and new order vehicles for them, or new order E200s for Hayle, and after services stable move them to Camborne to replace some of the Vectas there, or move them instead to swap the SLs.
