  Summary: After the events on Tuesday, a thorough investigation has revealed a very damming result. We have taken the difficult decision to withdraw all Single Deck and Deckers built before Q3 2024, this is due to an issue that we believe means we cannot operate these buses safely. We will coordinate with Wrightbus to try and resolve the issues, but this will take a long time. Until then you can expect to see some loan vehicles covering the service. However, Hydrogen double deckers built after Q3 2024 are not effected and will return to service. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to you because of service disruption
