  • MyBusTimes Terms of Service Update – Important Notice - 16/01/26


    We've recently updated the MyBusTimes Terms of Service, specifically Sections 6-10, to properly document subscriptions, refunds, service availability, feature changes, and account enforcement.

    These updates should have been published earlier, and we want to handle this fairly and transparently.

    Because of this:
    If you no longer agree with the updated Terms of Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of this announcement, regardless of when your subscription was purchased.

    After this 7-day period, the standard refund policy outlined in the Terms of Service will apply.

  • MBT Basic / Pro Trial Bug Notice - 05/01/26


    We’ve identified a bug affecting some users who had MBT Basic and then started a free trial of MBT Pro.

    What’s happening:
    When the Pro free trial starts, it incorrectly resets the ad-free expiry date
    This causes your MBT Basic to expire at the same time as your Pro trial, which should not happen

    What to do:
    If you had MBT Basic and have since started a Pro free trial, please contact support so we can correct this for you.
