It was broken due to a bug in the account status check. -
What happened and general info - 09/05/26
Hi everyone I wanted to take a moment to explain what happened today and clear up any concerns.
At some point between 4–5pm, an unauthorized individual gained access to my account. Using superuser permissions, they deleted a number of items, including (but not limited to):
All banned IPs
All banned devices
All banned words
All whitelisted words
Some additional system data, including Feature Toggles, Themes, and part of the Vehicle Types configuration
What data was accessible:
Usernames
Email addresses
Names (for users who signed up on V1)
IP addresses
What was NOT accessible:
Any payment information, this is handled securely by a third-party provider, and no access to this was gained.
Any passwords — these are stored securely as hashes, meaning only the encrypted version is visible (even to staff).
We have restored the system using a backup from 9am this morning.
Steps we’ve taken to prevent this happening again:
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) has been implemented
Optional for all users
Mandatory for access to any staff or admin portal

Issues sending emails to outlook - 10/04/26
There is currently an issue that stops us replying to emails from @outlook.com emails, we are looking into the issue currently.
If you have sent us an email from an @outlook.com email in the past weak we have seen it, our replys are being blocked by Microsoft.
