Ticket System Update - 24/08/25
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new ticket management system.
All tickets can now be managed and sorted directly through the website, eliminating the need to rely solely on Discord.
As the system is still in its testing phase, we kindly ask that you report any issues or bugs you may encounter. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine and improve the platform.

Email required for all accounts - 21/08/25
If your account does not have an email address linked, you will have 30 days to add one. Otherwise, your account will be locked.

Bus Purchase Limits Update - 19/08/25
To keep things fair for all users, we’ve added a few new limits on bus purchases:
Users can now buy up to 3 buses per minute.
Operators with names containing “Sales”, “Dealer”, or similar will no longer be able to purchase vehicles.
If you hit the purchase limit, a countdown page will display how long you need to wait before buying again.
These changes help ensure a fairer experience for everyone. -

Helpers can now edit and move buses correctly, as the helper operator now appears properly in the list
Fixed issue where operators weren’t updating — they should now be editable
Fixed Open Top not displaying on group and fleet pages
Fixed Operator not appearing on group pages
Fixed destination direction on stop pages for upcoming trips

Improved operator ordering in dropdown lists for a more consistent experience -
