MyTicketer only works with MBT V1.
There is no official MyBusTimes mobile app.
However, MyTicketer can be installed as a web app.
MyBusTimes (the website) will never have a mobile or web app.
We used to be able to access the web version via mobile but since the migration to V2 it comes up with the error message stating a valid username and password must be entered

Sounds like a bug there end tbh
I've logged in on mobile fine since I migrated
on the ticketer thing
idek how to get it lmao
myticketer I think
yes
- Management
OH
- Management
That hasn't been made compatible with V2 yet as the main focus is getting V2 polished bug wise before ticketer is made compatible
- Management
So it could be linked I think
fairs I think kai said that lol but idk
wait so it's all in the same thing
- Management
I think the api is used on both iirc
- Management
But I could be wrong
- Management
They are separate in terms of the raw code but I think the data used is pulled from the same api
- Management
Kai will definitely know more than me as they actually code it 🤣
- Management
I'm going of pure guesswork and some very basic knowledge lol

Yeah ticketer needs the V2 api but the main site access the database directly

your using a lower case C rather than an upercase C the error does mention both fieldsare case sensitive
Even when using a capital "C" still does the same, I click the migrate button, then type it in and still does the same but continues to be sat at the login screen. PC has no problem just when attempting to access it via mobile
The password is exactly how I put it in

Fixed.....
I have now fixed the problem had to re-enter the password instead of using the autofill option on mobile
